The price of Kuwaiti oil went up 39 cents to reach USD 51.16 per barrel (pb) on Friday after being at USD 50.77 pb the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Saturday.

    International markets also saw a hike in prices after demand was up in China and uncertainties growing over a comeback for American production, especially after the recent OPEC agreement.
