The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up Monday 28 cents to USD 40.03 per barrel after it was at USD 39.75 pb on Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Tuesday.

The price of the Brent crude went up 18 cents to USD 45.95 per barrel. The West Texas Intermediate followed suit going up 27 cents to USD 43.30 pb.
