Crude oil prices rose in New York Wednesday, adding 67 cents to reach $94.12 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Crude oil started at $93.45 per barrel and fell to an overnight low of $93.28 before staging a recovery. Gasoline added 0.49 cents to $2.726 a gallon. Home heating oil lost 1.9 cents to $3.011 a gallon. The price of natural gas dropped 0.2 cents to $3.439 per million British thermal units. At the pump, AAA reported the national average price for regular unleaded gasoline dropped to $3.294 per gallon from Tuesday's $3.297.
