Crude oil prices picked up 39 cents and ended Friday\'s trading session at $82.98 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gasoline lost 4 cents in settling at $2.65 a gallon. Heating oil declined less than a penny and closed at $2.86 a gallon. Natural gas dropped 12 cents to $3.48 per million British thermal units. At the pump, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.390 Friday, down from $3.392 Thursday, AAA said.
