Crude oil prices moved higher but fell short of hitting $93 a barrel despite mostly higher equities Monday in Asia and Europe. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for November delivery added 66 cents cents to $92.85. Natural gas prices added 1.38 cents to $3.455 per million British thermal units. Home heating oil added 0.22 cents cents to $3.1614 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline gained 1.14 cents to $2,9315 per gallon. At the pump, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.782 per gallon, down from Sunday\'s $3.783, AAA reported.
