Oil prices hovered near $84 per barrel in New York Tuesday morning as the dollar rebounded from Monday\'s slide, up 0.21 percent. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for July delivery shed 10 cents to $83.88 per barrel. Natural gas for July delivery added 4.5 cents to $2.46 per million British thermal units. Home heating oil lost 0.54 cents to $2.6215 per gallon. RBOB gasoline futures for July delivery gave up 1.03 cents to $2.6604 per gallon. At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline dropped to $3.57 per gallon from Monday\'s $3.585, AAA said.
