Winter weather is keeping crude oil prices above $95 per barrel in New York. On the New York Mercantile Exchange Friday morning, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for February delivery added 26 cents to $95.41 per barrel. Gasoline dropped 1.05 cents to $2.762 a gallon. Home heating oil added 2.09 cents to $3.0309 a gallon. The price of natural gas added 3.5 cents to $3.512 per million British thermal units. At the pump, AAA reported the national average price for regular unleaded gasoline rose to $3.293 per gallon from Thursday\'s $3.292.
