ADNOC Distribution has launched an initiative to encourage female customers to register for ADNOC Wallet accounts. As part of the drive, eight female promoters have been commissioned for the four service stations participating in the pilot phase of the programme from 22nd March to 21st April.

The promoters will work on morning and evening shifts to help female clients use the ADNOC SMART self-refuelling option and fully benefit from the services.

Khalid Hadi, Vice President Marketing and Corporate Communications Division at ADNOC Distribution, said, "Through launching this initiative, we are seeking to increase uptake for ADNOC SMART among our female customers so that they can benefit from its diverse conveniences. When ADNOC SMART was first conceptualised, we hoped to reduce the waiting time and queues at our network of service stations to benefit the increasing number of women customers frequenting the stations. We are keen to offer them all support in completing registrations for an ADNOC Wallet account. Our promoters will also advise female customers on using the self-service efficiently, safely, and conveniently."

Hadi added, "ADNOC Distribution has implemented the necessary steps to make this transition phase a smooth and rewarding one for our customers, partners and all concerned stakeholders. The smart services will eventually elevate our credentials as one of the largest and most innovative petroleum companies in the region, while also fulfilling the vision of the UAE leadership to achieve smart government and smart cities."

ADNOC Wallet allows customers to enjoy the benefit of ADNOC SMART’s flexible payment solutions and enables them to manage their accounts from anywhere, at any time using tablets or mobiles.
