The World Bank (WB) expert has asserted the importance of setting up an independent national authority for public service and to work on the independence of monitoring bodies as well as the tenders and procurement ones. During lecturing Saturday evening in front of the team of good governance emanating from the national dialogue conference, the WB expert has stressed on the need to espouse the principles of good governance and working in accordance with the adopted constitution, laws and policies, taking into account the transparency, accountability and community participation during the implementation of those policies. He also reviewed number of international experience that managed in creating good governance through the imposition of the rule of law and apply it in the state as well; referring to the need to benefit from these experience by the team to be applied and which in return would provide constitutional outputs could be included in the new constitution.
