The US welcomed the Turkish constitutional courtdecision to unblock twitter after it was censored two weeks ago, according to StateDepartment Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf.Harf told reporters Friday that they are "following an Ankara court''''s decision thatthe government should unblock access to YouTube. Obviously continue to urge thegovernment to open all social media sites in Turkey." The twitter ban createdwidespread fury throughout the country primarily directed at the Turkish PrimeMinister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
