Samsung Electronics Co., the world\'s top memory chipmaker, said Friday it began mass producing the industry\'s most advanced double data rate-4 (DDR4) modules for enterprise servers. The 16 gigabyte and 32 gigabyte DDR4 dynamic random access memory (DRAM) modules, based on 20-nanometer class technology, will support the need for advanced DDR4 in rapidly expanding, large-scale data centers and other enterprise server applications, Samsung said.
