Prosecutors said Friday they have indicted a former employee of the South Korean unit of Motorola on charges of stealing the handset maker's management secrets after moving to a rival electronics firm. The 39-year-old employee of Motorola Korea, surnamed Cheong, was indicted without physical detention on suspicions that he stole about 249 computer files from January to May last year, which contain the U.S.-based firm's classified sales information, according to the Seoul District Prosecutors' Office.
