Clinton will not face charges over Emails

The US attorney-general, announced that she had accepted recommendation of James Comey, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, that no charges be filed against the Democratic presidential candidate.
After meeting Comey and his team on Wednesday, Lynch said she had "received and accepted their unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the scope of the investigation".

The move came the day after Comey surprised legal experts by publicly issuing a harsh verdict on the way Clinton handled secret information over email, but then announced that he would not push for a prosecution because there was no evidence that the former secretary of state "intended to violate laws".

The FBI concluded that Clinton was "extremely careless" in handling top-secret emails while secretary of state
