Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday met with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, currently on a two-day visit to China. The meeting reviewed bilateral ties on all fronts in addition to issues of mutual interest, Chinese radio reported. Jinping voiced his confidence that China’s economic and social blueprint for reform, which was approved by the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) Central Committee, will allow for more bilateral cooperation between Beijing and Amsterdam. For his part, Rutte vowed that his government would continue efforts to push forward Chinese-European ties.
