Wireless carriers have been drawn to the devices because, analysts say, because they attract heavy users willing to pony up for large data plans hugely profitable for the cellular providers. Samsung sees it as a complement to its flagship Galaxy S3, the Korea Times said, adding it expected Samsung to unveil a Galaxy S4 at Mobile World Congress in February.
