Two cosmonauts completed a spacewalk Saturday to replace equipment on the outside of the International Space Station, Russian space officials said. Oleg Kotov and Sergei Ryazansky installed new equipment including high-resolution cameras to photograph Earth and a foothold for future spacewalks, RIA Novosti reported. They also removed old experiment equipment during the spacewalk. This was Kotov's fifth spacewalk, and Ryazansky's second -- the first of which came last month when he and Kotov carried the Olympic torch into open space for the first time.
