Unidentified woman reached the top of Aconcagua mountain in Argentina and took a selfie photo on the mountain holding the Syrian flag. 
Aconcagua at 6,959 m is the highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere and second highest in the world. It is located in the Andes mountain range, in the Mendoza Province, Argentina.
Syria has been suffering from fierce conflicts between different military sides, including the government forces, as well as the Islamic State (ISISI) terrorist militants, for the recent five years.
