Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser on Tuesday welcomed the President of Bulgaria, Rosen Plevneliev to the headquarters of Qatar Foundation (QF). They discussed potential collaboration between Qatar and Bulgaria in the areas of research and development, particularly biotechnology, engineering and chemistry. They also discussed possible collaboration between the Qatar National Library and the Bulgarian National Library, as well as education and educational exchanges. Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev arrived in Doha earlier Monday on a state visit to Qatar.
