The British Royal Family held Thursday an official farewell ceremony for His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in Windsor Castle, signaling the official end of HH\'s state visit to the United Kingdom.  Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh bid farewell to HH the Amir and his accompanying delegation.
