A statement issued on Sunday, July 28, by the Deputy Prime Minister\'s Office said that Mutlaq called for serious investigation of the reasons and the prisons and prisoners\' escape, as well as the killing of large number of inmates, guardsmen and security men, and its effects on the country\'s security situation.
