A caretaker was arrested for leaving a 95-year-old woman in a car for nearly two hours while she went into a Boca Raton casino, police said. Surveillance video showed Mary Holly, 53, pulling into the parking lot of the Coconut Creek casino 4:49 p.m. Sunday, and leaving Belle Sapstein with no food, water or cellphone. A casino guest noticed Sapstein sitting in the car and called the police at 7:07 p.m. Sapstein suffers from dementia, but showed no signs of injury when she was examined at a hospital. Holly, who said she was a licensed nurse, was charged with one count of neglect of an elderly person. She is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bail and is prohibited from caring for patients until resolution of the case. At the time of Holly\'s arrest, there were already two active warrants out for her arrest in Palm Beach County on charges of exploitation of an elderly person and grand theft, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.
