An apartment fire killed three young sisters outside Paris, officials said. Three other siblings survived and several firefighters were injured. The girls -- ages 8, 11 and 18 -- died when their family's eighth-floor apartment in Sevran, a northeastern suburb of Paris, burned Friday night. The children's parents were not home at the time, Sevran Mayor Stephane Gatignon said. Several firefighters responding to the fire suffered light burns, TheLocal.fr said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
