Police arrested three Arab men who allegedly forged and issued health certificates to restaurant workers. Officers apprehended one of the suspects in an ambush following investigations during which security guards employed at the ministry were identified as prime suspects. The first suspect was caught after being lured into a decoy laid by police, and two of his accomplices were eventually detained. Police found 700 forged health certificates and confessed to selling each certificate for KD 300.
