A protest by students affiliated to the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group at Minya University was broken up on Wednesday.
The police fired teargas to scatter scores of the MB students who staged an protest inside the campus demanding the release of their detained colleagues.
They were referred to the prosecution for further investigations.
