South Sinai Goveror Khaled Fouda approved to allocate 25 feddans in Ras Sedr to El Tahrir Printing and Publishing House to establish a NGO university that will include six colleges.

In statements Wednesday, the university's secretary general Mahmoud Issa said that the university will be the fifth of its kind in South Sinai.
