Tehran - FNA
The ISIL Takfiri group fired several mortar shells at three elementary schools in the Iraqi city of Tikrit on Tuesday, leaving dozens of children dead and injured.
The elementary schools were hit by the ISIL mortar fire in Balad district, South of Tikrit.
Reports coming out of the city said that at least 3 children were killed and 33 others injured in the attacks.
The ISIL Takfiri terrorists currently control parts of Syria and Iraq. They have threatened all communities, including Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds, Christians, Ezadi Kurds and others, as they continue their atrocities in Iraq.
Senior Iraqi officials have blamed Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and some Persian Gulf Arab states for the growing terrorism in their country.
The ISIL has links with Saudi intelligence and is believed to be indirectly supported by the Israeli regime.
