Egypt's Health Ministry signed on Monday a cooperation protocol with the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
The document will give Egyptian surgeons a chance to have paid jobs and training at British hospitals for one to two years.
The ministry will be the official channel for such opportunities.
Health Minister Adel Adawy attended the signing ceremony.
