Students and their parents will be able now to send their exam-related complaints to the Education Ministry on the popular messaging app "Whatsapp".

Education Minister el Helal el Sherbiny said the service will be available on the cell phone number "01272584864" so there would be direct contact with concerned students and parents.

The service will start as of today, he said.
