Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, received here today Captain Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Binali, who presented him with a copy of his PhD thesis in political sciences, titled “Petroleum Policies and Privatisation Decisions”, which he had obtained from the US-based Claremont Graduate University”.
The chief of staff congratulated Captain Albinali on the prestigious scientific degree, wishing him further success
