Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag said in Strasbourg on Thursday that one of the most important problems of Muslims was teaching and learning Islam, and told the students of Faculty of Islamic Theology in Strasbourg, "If you would correctly learn and live Islam, you would correctly teach it." Bozdag visited the Faculty of Islamic Theology of Turkish Islamic Association of Religious Affairs in Strasbourg, and made an address to students of the faculty. Bozdag stressed that the faculties of theology and religious vocational high schools played an important role for understanding Islam correctly, and also getting over the prejudices against Islam, and added, "You can show, with your knowledge and Islamic life style, how to get rid of Islamophobia, discrimination and racism." Bozdag also said the legal procedure went on for the accreditation of faculty and promised the students that their diplomas would be equivalent both in Turkey and France.
