State of Kuwait has won the top five places in the 7th Open Arab Robotics Championship which was held in the Qatari capital Doha, on 21 and 22 March, organized in collaboration with the Arab Robotic Association. The robot's center in development, educational activities sector at the Ministry of Education in collaboration with international movement for leisure activities in science and technology Milset has achieved four out of five places for the state Kuwait delegation participating in Open Arab Robotics Championship, Milset Asia president Adnan Al-Meer said in a statement Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Sunday. A total of 10 students from intermediate schools won the first and the third places in (following the line) contest where Sabah Al-Ahmad center won the second place in the same contest, Al-Meer said. In (Sumo and best design) contest, the robot's center in the Ministry of Education has won the first and third place respectively, he added. Al-Meer expressed his congratulations to the officials of the Ministry of Education and the students, hoping to increase support in the field of activities and their expansion in order to promote scientific orientation among students.
