Police in riot gear used pepper balls, smoke and flash-bangs to disperse a crowd of 300 to 400 college students who rioted late Saturday in the town of Bellingham, Washington. Students turned violent after police broke up a block party at an apartment complex in the area, RT reported. Students occupied an intersection, throwing beer bottles and cans at officers. Police moved in after the students refused to disperse. The extent of damage or injuries is unknown. At least for people were arrested during the riot
