Greek teachers demonstrated Friday to protest the austerity bill suggesting further cuts in public officials including teachers, in capital Athens. Around 500 teachers gathered outside Greek Ministry of Finance upon the call of OLME (Greek Federation of Secondary Education State School Teachers). Chanting various slogans and protesting the government, teachers said they would continue the protests. The Greek Parliament passed an austerity bill last week with 153 \"yes\" votes suggesting further cuts in public services.
