Bordeaux Management School (BEM), a Dakar based private higher learning institute plans to send 37 of its best performing students to China in September for a one semester training program, the institute's director Pape Madicke Diop said on Monday. The training program will be conducted at China's University of Liaoning and Zhejiang Ocean University.
