The Administrative Court of Ankara ruled Wednesday for lifting the restrictions imposed on the social networking website Twitter last Friday. The ruling rescinded the controversial decision made by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) in this connection, Anadolu Agency reported. In a related development, the Turkish government affirmed respect for the ruling, saying it will implement it shortly.
