The administrative court on Tuesday rejected a lawsuit on blocking Facebook in Egypt.

A lawyer filed the lawsuit to demand the blocking of Facebook in Egypt on ground that it allows to cause chaos, spread rumors, harm the country's security and interests and incites immorality.

The lawyer added that the Facebook allows rumor mongers to launch pages to speak on behalf of the Egyptian State.

Egypt holds the rank of the first Arab country using Facebook.
