Al Nahar satellite network said Tuesday that the source of deliberate jamming exercised on its signals was located in Jordan. According to information from Nilesat Company, the channels incurred big losses due to the disruption of advertisements, network chairman Ibrahim Hamouda told MENA. The signals were re-broadcasted on new frequencies to avoid the jamming, he added. He refused to hold any entity responsible for the jamming, urging the Nilesat to provide more details on the attacks.
