Audience figures for Spanish TV grew in 2011, with an all-time high in November of an average 262 minutes per person per day. According to Spanish consultancy Barlovento Comunicación's latest report, the regions with the highest consumption in terms of minutes per person per day were Aragon and Valencia, while Galicia and Madrid showed lower figures. The report also notes that the television business model "continues its rehabilitation" as the media are engaged in a "realignment" of their business models, referring to the merger between Telecinco and Cuatro TV, the merger of Antena 3-la Sexta and the birth of new channels such as 13TV or Divinity.
