Univision has taken over Televisa Group's brand portfolio. Both companies will work side by side on Televisa Group's brands, taking advantage of Univision's multimedia platforms and their bond with the Hispanic community. The deal includes several of Televisa's most popular brands such as 'El Chavo', 'Chapulín Colorado', 'Hablando Sola' and 'Chef Oropeza', as well as licensing project development under the Televisa brand, including reality shows, series and game shows.
