Prime Minister reforms Egyptian Radio and Television Union board of trustees for 2 years

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail issued on Sunday a decree to appoint Safaa Hegazy as head of the board of trustees of the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU) for two years.

The decree also stipulates to reform the board for two years.

The new board includes head of the State Information Service, the Grand Mufti, the head of the Central Agency For Organization & Administration, executive head of the National Telecommunication Regulation Authority (NTRA), the secretary-general of the National Council for Women, the secretary-general of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, the secretary-general of the Supreme Council of Culture, the heads of main sectors in the ERTU, media figures Ossama Kamal and Hamdy el Konaissy, professors Lila Abdel Meguid and Hussein Yoursi, journalist Salah Montaser, actor Mohamed Sobhi, economy expert Lobna Helal and media expert Mohamed Abdel Metaal
