More spy shots should surface soon enough, as the car is expected to debut at this year’s Paris Motor Show. An icetrack in Sweden used by the Fiat Group is where the all-new Maserati Quattroporte was recently spied covered in a serious amount of camouflage. From the design on show it appears to be more evolution than revolution, which is no bad thing, while power should come from an updated version of the 4.7-liter V8 with expected output of 475hp.This will be transferred to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox; 4WD will be optional. The adoption of lightweight materials will ensure that even if the 2014 Quattroporte grows in size to accommodate the \'baby Quattroporte,\' it will be lighter than the current model.More prototypes, hopefully with less cladding, should start to appear soon, and if the rumors are to be believed, the luxury sedan should be fully revealed at the Paris Motor Show later in the year.
