Renault Samsung Motors Co., the local unit of the French automaker Renault S.A., is set to recall over 24,000 vehicles sold in South Korea for defective rear bumper reflectors, the transportation ministry said Thursday.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the rear bumper reflectors do not reflect enough light to reveal the vehicle's position to following cars, possibly causing an accident.
