Tropical Storm Philippe could possibly strengthen into a hurricane as it moves about the Atlantic Ocean , the National Hurricane Center in Miami said Tuesday. Philippe, with maximum sustained winds of 65 mph, was about 720 miles southeast of Bermuda, traveling west at 10 mph, the center said in its 5 a.m. EDT advisory. No coastal watches or warnings were in effect. Philippe is forecast to slow its speed somewhat during the day, the center said. However, the center said the storm could intensify and become a hurricane Wednesday.
