Yemen and Somalia is to sign a memorandum of understanding to regulate fishing in the Somali territorial waters by Yemeni fishermen, Fisheries Minister of Puntland State of Somalia said on Saturday.
Upon his arrival in Sana'a, Hasan Mahmoud said that he would hold talks with Yemeni official at the Yemeni Ministry of Fisheries on the promotion of the cooperation relations between Yemen and the Puntland State in the fisheries field.
