Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Karti on Tuesday hailed an agreement reached by Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia on the controversial Ethiopian renaissance dam.
"It's an important achievement," Karti said.
He said the document, that will be submitted to the heads of the three states on March 23 for approval, is a good step.
