The Ministry of Environment praised cooperation of fishermen and the Ministry of Interior's Coasts and Border Security Department, which contributes significantly to the development of the living marine resources of Qatar ,said the ministry in a statement today.
The ministry lauded fishermen's cooperation with inspectors of marine environment and their abidance by all laws and regulations relating to the exploitation and protection of living aquatic resources. It said that fishermen are fully committed in a way that reflects their awareness on preserving the environment and its marine components.
