Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Ministry on Tuesday refuted what has been circulated by media outlets on entrance of amounts of contaminated vegetables, particularly tomatoes, to the Syrian market. An official source at the Ministry stressed that the laboratories of the Ministry examines samples of all sorts of vegetables entering the country, as the safety of citizens is the government's responsibility.
