Head of cement department at the Federation of Egyptian Industries Medhat Istafanous asserted that all the cement factories are qualified to use coal in the current time.
There are no unqualified factories, he said on the sidelines of the international energy forum Monday.
Expertise is the element that distinguishes factories from each other, he added.
