Health authorities in Alexandria ordered to form a committee to probe reasons behind death of fish in Lake Mariout.

The committee took samples from water and fish of the lake, which were sent to laboratories for analysis, health undersecretary in Alexandria Magdy Hegazy said.

He added that a comprehensive environment survey will be conducted on the lake.
