Alexandria Port Authority decided Tuesday to reopen Alexandria and el Dekhila ports to navigation movement after slow of winds speed.

Head of Alexandria Port Authority Abdel Qader Darwish said that the two ports were closed due to high wind speed.

Ships were banned from leaving the port so as not to collide with each other, he added.
